Streszczenie

Autorzy przedstawiają przypadek 47−letniego mężczyzny leczonego z powodu przewlekłego niedokrwienia kończyn górnych i dolnych o ciężkim przebiegu. Wykonane badania dodatkowe wskazały na chorobę Buergera ze współistniejącym niedoborem białka C jako przyczynę obserwowanych objawów.

Abstract

We present a case of 47−year−old man suffering from severe chronic upper and lower extremities ischemia. Accessory investigations indicated Buerger disease coexisting with protein C deficiency as a reason of the observed symptoms.
