Streszczenie
Opisano autoimmunologiczne aspekty pokrzywki przewlekłej. Przedstawiono patofizjologiczne znaczenie autoprzeciwciał anty−IgE i przeciw podjednostce α receptora FcεRI w indukcji i podtrzymywaniu objawów chorobowych. Dokonano przeglądu aktualnych danych na temat współistnienia tego schorzenia z autoimmunologicznymi chorobami tarczycy. Omówiono również aspekty diagnostyczne i terapeutyczne tej postaci przewlekłej pokrzywki.
Abstract
In this study we have described the autoimmunological aspects of chronic urticaria. Pathophysiological significance of anti−IgE and anti−FcεRI (alpha subunit) autoantibodies in induction and maintenance of clinical symptoms has been reviewed. We have presented the actual data concerning clinical association of chronic urticaria with autoimmunological thyroid diseases. We have also reviewed diagnostic and therapeutical aspects of this form of chronic urticaria.
